Ans)1) the environment can influence peoples behaviour and motivation to act. The environment can influence mood.for example: the rooms with bright light (i.e both natural and artificial),can improve health outcomes.health related problems are depression,agitation and sleep.
2)The environment can facilitate or discourage interactions among people.examples:
A dingy corridor filled with extra hospital equipment will invite staff to leave another item in the hall,where as a clean corridor and adequate storage will encourage staff to take the time to put the item away.
3)In hospital industry know this very well and try to provide an atmosphere that creates a positive customer experience and offers the three important attributes are: comfort,safety,entertainment.
4) Blood pressure:
Environmental factors which cause blood pressure changes are climate,temperature and time of the day.body and extremity position,activity and excercise,food , tobacco,psychological factors (ex stress) which alter blood pressure.
