Finally, imagine that you are leading a course for employees to assist in your current/future company’s expansion into a new country. Use a clear example to develop an explanation of the term globalization as it applies to international business for your employees. You should use one paragraph to define the term globalization in your own words based on your understanding from the above article and video, followed by a second paragraph to describe your specific example.
The article "Its a Flat World, After All" by Mr.Thomas Friedman in (2005) is based upon his visit to High_Tech city of INDIA ,Bangalore at India's second IT company work place "INFOSYS" for his personal data handling by the employees of Infosys which gave him a great exprience & he described it in his article by linking the world affairs happenings , creations ,innovation & history of globalisation along with it.
Now if i imagine myself to lead a course of employees to assist in our current / future company's expansion into a new country like was done by Mr.Thomas Friedman he has described it very well & seems to be a very learned , want to consume more kind of a man according to his personality. I would use all my experience of practised economics to give my true sense of knowledge to the employees & will let them learn more by joining hands with other MNCs of revelent countries to share ideas of handling work with proper communications.Next is to study the financial bacground of the country & their ways of achieving goals what have they got to give my future/current company a good boost as well as welcoming new employees to work more passionately . The history of the people speaks about the countrys people what characteristic nature do they possess & what have they achieved at present globalization scenerio.
The company will tackle all the fundamental basics & advanced level works as there will be freshers , junious, seniors & head managerials to smoothen work at all the basis , the one that will be the important thing will be the connectivity issues & fair relations between both the countries on networking base as huge data confidensiality has to be maintained for every level.The pay scale , woking hours etc will decide the company long term security. Its vastness will have to be given attention as like INFOSYS the employees could discuss the work stuff single handedly on a hugge hall with wall size led to carry forward information at once to their foreign delegates. The increse in price share of the company will describe its stability in the corporate sectors in the long run. which will help in increse in revenue of the firm.
The globalization stuff will be more like to depend upon the transportation , communication ,easy adoptability of employees , hasty supply, keeping in pase with the economic down fall of demand & supply & how can we give a better surrounding to our work staff for working cos this will incude our company to be rated among newly establised firms & focus of international affairs that will lead to property enhencement , charity after growth, introducing new products & branches around the world giving more job oppurtunity increasing productivity round the globe for export & import of goods thus promoting travel organising events to satisfy needs.
Globalization in my words is just for connecting people like Mr.Thomas said in the Article the world isnt flat its round but that the point of view of people how they look at it according to their experiences & noticable things aound there has to be involment of orgnisations international firms for a company to see its progress but not in terms of loss or profit but relativity & productivity which evrry one does
