Social disorganization means the absence of orderliness that causes disruption.Social disorganization theory states that the criminal or Juvenile behavior of person is not individual but is a response to the social and economic environment of that person.The social and economic environment in which a person interacts directly impacts his/her behavior,if there is orderliness in the environment with which the person interacts then there will be no disorganization ,the person will value the norms of the society but vice versa will cause disorganization and disruptive behavior in the person.So the living conditions and locality are important for the evaluation of criminality.Causes of social disorganization are:

• Higher rates of immigration.
• Competition and Dominance of majority in a locality.
• Higher ethnic and cultural diversity and mixture.
