There will be lot of negative consequences when we implement a
new system. adoption of the new system could benefit organization
performance by increasing efficiency, quality, employee skills,
leadership, culture, communication, cost reduction, etc. Technology
innovation, available resources, interoperability solution increase
productivity and improve the quality of their system.
Political, economic, competitors, climate, customer, policy,
inadequate financial availability, policy changes as an external
barrier to implementing the new system that causes significant
problems and damage for implementing a new system and strategic
plan.
Internal factors like economic barriers, culture changes,
inadequate staffing, poor leadership skills, lack of education, and
training impact the new system implementation.
Due to the growing population and high cost, it needs new
innovation for population benefit and organization performance.
limited resources, lack of technology improvement and poor
interoperability skills, financial issues, health professional poor
communication skills as a major barrier that increases the demand
for the growing population. technology innovation, availability of
resources, IT workforces, cultured system, adequate staff,
partnership, leadership skills increase productivity, and
connectivity to adopt a new system.
compatibility and health professional workflow with the new
system(EHR) training, leadership support available resources,
education, and training for adopting a new system, funding,
stakeholders involvement, policy, and program as ongoing support
that helps implement the new system.
