There will be lot of negative consequences when we implement a new system. adoption of the new system could benefit organization performance by increasing efficiency, quality, employee skills, leadership, culture, communication, cost reduction, etc. Technology innovation, available resources, interoperability solution increase productivity and improve the quality of their system.
Political, economic, competitors, climate, customer, policy, inadequate financial availability, policy changes as an external barrier to implementing the new system that causes significant problems and damage for implementing a new system and strategic plan.
