Heart is the most important organ to maintain our vitality by pumping and circuculating oxygen rich blood to our body.it is a muscular organ. For the pumping of blood heart is maintaining a normal rhytm. The heart is covered with a network of arteries that provide blood for the function of the heart. The heart contains a network of nerve tissues that helps to conduct signals from one part of heart to another called conduction system of heart that results in contraction and relaxation of heart. Some of the components in the heart is helpful in the conducting system includes SA node,AV node, bundle of His and purkinje fibers. These totally will be helpful for the formation of electrical impulse and thus results in the beating of heart.

The potential process and electrical exchange in the heart can be initiated from the Sinoatrial node or SA node and travels to the both atria, thus results in atrial depolarization. This depolarization from the atria pass to the Atrioventricular or AVnode, and then propagates in to the bundle of his from their it passes in to the left and right branches of bundle of his. This electical impulses of the right bundle branch depolarizes the right ventricle and impulse from the left bundle branch depolarizes the left ventricle and interventricular septum. The electical impulses from both of the branches of His propogates and ends in purkinje fibers. These are the small fibers present in the myocardium receives these impulses and results in contraction of myocardium.

The conducting pathway of the heart is helpful in the propogation and transmission of the electric impulse that is generate in the AV node to purkinjie fibers in the myocardiaum thus results results in contraction of heart and pumping of blood from heart to various parts of the body for its function.
