The alchemical, medical, and technological traditions were precursors to chemistry. State a contribution that each made to the development of the science of chemistry.
Solution
The contribution of in development of modern chemistry is hude. Alchemy as we know it. It`s main contribution to chemistry were such as distillation and extraction. But alchemists also engaged in a lot of observation and experimentation of natural resources which was also very important. It helped us diffine the properties of many compounds.
also play a huge part in development of chemistry. Mostly through the prescriptions for treatment for certain diseases. As more disease were explained on the cellular level, more drugs were needed to cure them. That`s why chemists needed to adjust and find ways to synthesis new compounds that could help.
also played a role in the development of chemistry. Mostly because many branches of technology(when in early stages) depended on people’s experience with materials. That`s why many materials were described thoroughly and new ways to purify them had to be found.
Therefore,
contributed most by developing technical methods such as distillation or extraction.
contributed most by prescriptions for treatment that included drugs.
contributed most by describing properties of materials and finding ways to purify them .
