Expert Solution

Ans:- The Primary Job and responsibility of the financial manager is to make financial decisions for the organizations and he is solely responsible for the financial health of the company. The financial manager core job is to make an investment decision and determines what types of assets the company holds. Their financial decisions help the company in raising funds for the investment they made and how the organization is going to pay its debt in the future. Financial managers primary tasks are also to perform financial analysis i.e means to determine how stable or volatile the company is and to evaluate other finance-related projects.

These are the primary tasks of the financial manager which is making financing decision, investment decision and performing financial analysis of the company. Therefore option (a), (c) and (d) will not be the right answer because it is the primary job of the financial manager.

Therefore the right option for this answer is an option (b) i.e Preparing Financial statements.
