Falsification of Medical records-it affects the credibility of the practicioner resulting in aggressive cross-examination by Attorneys .if any falsification of medication records is suspected ,bring the issue to the attention of health care provider .As it can lead to serious criminal convictions.

Practicing without license-it is considered illegal in all states and common sentences can range from one to eight years in prison.Sometimes they will also impose fines in addition to prison sentences ,as laws against practicing medicine without a license are considered unforgiving.

Insurance Fraud-A health care provider can commit such fraudulent acts by billing of services,procedures that were never rendered,chargin for more expensive services than those actually provided,performing unecessary services for the purpose of financial gain ,falsyfying patient diagnosis and,misrepresentation.Often this is considered as a serious crime .Violators may have to spend time in prison for years depending on the law of the region.
