There are two telephone booths at a train station. Three passengers getting off the train rush to these booths to make a call. All three calls will be of exponentially distributed length, and have the same expected (mean) length. Passengers A and B rush into the booths. The instant either A or B vacates a booth, C will start C’s call. What is the probaility C will be the last of the three to complete the call.
