1, For the management of the project, it is required that the needs of the customer have to be satisfied. A process-based quality will ensure the development of the project as per customer needs

2.Risk Management: Every project is associated with the risk. Some risks are identified in the early stages while others are left unidentified. A process-based quality helps in accessing project risk.

3.Feasibilty: The project needs to be feasible in every aspect i.e technical aspect, operation, and comical aspect. A process quality helps in computing the feasibility of the project.

4. Reliability: The reliability of the project is determined by the amount of time, the project runs without any bugs.A continuous process quality management helps in increasing project reliability.

5. the project function needs to be performed in a consistent manner. The process quality approach helps in access consistent information, better information management, etc.
