Contract acceptance can be implied but not inferred discuss
Answer - in simply terms where implied it actually is GIVING indirect information or to suggest or say indirectly however infer is actually conclusion based on evidence or indirect suggestion which is actually RECEIVING indirect information
Coming in context with contracts the statement now itself is cleared that contract are implied as they GIVE legal - binding obligation for something which further resulting in actions, conduction and circumstances of one or more parties in a pact . Such a contract is assumed to exist but no written or verbal confirmation is needed (eg one goes to resturant and when bill comes that person pays)
However due to lack of proper or any documentation it is more difficultl to put in action such contracts in certain circumstances...
Further there are two in these one is implied in fact and other is implied in law. Where former is made by situation and behaviour of parties involved in which restaurant example fits best however in the latter ,also known as QUASI-CONTRACTS which is legally binding and niether of the party intentionally creates it
