Theodore Roosevelt was influential in the preservation/conservation of US resources,land, and wildlife as he presented the data and showed that the western and the eastern part of US is getting exhausted and around 230 million acres of land is lacking trees and forest . And the wildlife there are dying and running here and there for survival due to which he requested the forest department chief to control the loss as it will very soon effect the human's life over there and they will also move here and there to save them self .

Then the forest chief of US at that point of time decided that National parks are created by an act of Congress. Before 1916, they were managed by the Secretary of the Interior . In this act there will be opening of new national parks and wildlife centuries for the purpose of saving life of animals and planting new tree and saving forest areas so that animals can live there freely and humans will not suffer the loss of the natural resources to them .

Then Act for the Preservation of American Antiquities was came into actions on June 8 , 1906 as to save the old antiquities of the nation as no one can break and touch it as it is precious for the nations beauties and the history , it show the history of nation and is still there a the mark of the memories and the wars taken place at that time , that is the monuments .

The New Land act 1902 was also taken place at that time for the safety and preservation of the water resources and reclamation . In that they manages the area of water , to take care of the water surroundings and keeping it away from getting contaminated .

Longino in the bear hunting trip in Mississippi in November 1902 where he was suggested to hunt one but he rejected the offer and said he do not want to kill any animal due to which he become a political cartoon for everyone there as saying for saving animals life . There  Morris Michtom ​​​​​​​saw the picture which inspire him to create a teddy bear , after he sent a teddy bear to Roosevelt to get the permission to use his name the sale of teddy bear was a success .
