Goal of a firm

The ultimate goal of any organisation is to increase its shareholder wealth. All the decisions that are taken are ultimately increasing the wealth of the shareholders.

Corporate ethics and goal of organisation

Corporate ethics means the moral values that an organization applies to achieve its desired behavior. Ethical behavior is only way to sustain a business in long term. To achieve firm goal it is required that business follow corporate ethics. The goal plan of firm includes the policies for corporate ethics and how it is to be achieved.

The goal of the firm is aligned in a way that sound corporate ethics can be maintained only sustainable growth and wealth maximization can be achieved.
