digital divide data case study what has made DDD successful so far? what r its constraints? which strategies should the ddd persue?

Solutions

Expert Solution

The fundamental component behind the DDD achievement is the cause on which the association is established and excitement of the young working there. DDD has a very strong managing team and they have highly motivated employees, which enables DDD to make their client satisfied with the services of DDD.

Another reason which made DDD successful is the low cost operation and low labor cost comparing with US. They had successful partnership with different domestic and international companies and by working together with the partners they become more successful.

DDD graduates are permitted to leave on the off chance that they show signs of improvement opportunity which made them significantly more well known among the organizations and more potential benefactors were pulled in towards their association.

Constraints:

Digital Divide Data after being developed so well over the years. the constraints that are holding DDD back from becoming the most successful ITdigitizer firm are monetary uncertainty and expansion. And also the infrastructure and the resources required to expand the business is a barrier too because it will bring more financial crisis to the firm such as Digital Divide Data faces weaknesses like Credit card debts, macroeconomic complexities, incapable CSR,its vast spread makes it hard to concentrate on particular industrial issues, huge investment is involved in worldwide extension etc

Strategies:

To overcome the constraints holding DDD back, the best strategy would be to become partners with an international organization which will almost solve the problems of expansion and finances. Opportunities to include working in collaboration with distinct organizations, development of compressed and expedient market layouts, scope for innovating new, advanced products and service, extensions in the Asian markets and basket size can be enhanced by successful utilization of the records of the club card. But the drawback would be to risk their reputation, become no one and end up to loosing many potential donors. So, here comes the need for social franchising which will continuously show their clients the work they are doing, and is more of an advertisement to the new donors to invest their firm and inspiration to the ones already there to stick with them.
