She has told people the reason she went to Wharton was to have the best opportunities at jobs that would offer quick advancement so she could rapidly rise to the top of the organization. The job opportunities given motivate her to work with full potential and energy. The creative jobs help to improve the skills and encourage using advance technology to increase the productivity of the firm. Company who ignores the ideas of employees will suffer in the end. This element helps to create motivated employees and it benefits the organization in easy communications and ideas of employees. These improvements also form an organization which quickly responds to the changing environment. John is motivated by this feature of the organization which provides her with great working opportunities and comfortable working conditions.

• Empowerment

The empowerment provides more authority and responsibility to take decisions in the organization. This creates a feeling of satisfaction among the employees and superiors. As john said, she focuses more on the work than chit-chat. This shows her dedication and determination which helps her to reach great heights in the organization. Also, having cooperative team is very important for better communication. This is another important element which motivates john. These programs improve attitudes of the employees towards the customers and the company and boost self-confidence in employees.
