The sources of international law:

The main resources of international law are treaty law, international customary law and general standards of law perceived by enlightened countries. Settlements and Conventions are composed arrangements that states enthusiastically sign and confirm and as such are obliged to follow.

examples of treaties:

the Treaty of Paris was marked in 1783 between Great Britain on one side and America and its partners on the other. The Treaty of Paris is a case of a nonaggression treaty. This deal finished the Revolutionary War. Numerous individuals don't understand that the Louisiana Purchase was a deal.

conventions:

Conventions relate to aggregate portrayals, common references that tackle issues of coordination in a dubious climate. These portrayals are regular as in they are one of a few potential arrangements and can generally be raised doubt about.

customary international law:

Customary international law is a part of global law including the rule of custom. Alongside broad standards of law and settlements, custom is considered by the International Court of Justice, legal advisers, the United Nations, and its part states to be among the essential wellsprings of worldwide law.
