The source of international law are classified into five categories:-

* International customs.

*International convention :- Article 38 (1) A, solved by (ICJ) international Court of Justice. ex- Geneva protocol of 1925.

Some example of international laws are:-

* Human right laws

* Law of sea

* Treaty law

* Criminal law

* Law of war

The priorities and importance of source of international law is to promoting economic and social development and to maintain international peace.
