Opportunity: Panasonic still have opportunity to expand its supply chain network and reach more number of customers. It can manage the loopholes in its supply network and can always come stand ahead of the market.

Treats: supply chain management of competitors is a threat to Panasonic. It may persuade customer to shift from buying Panasonic goods.
