I should know about negotiating with supplier outside the Canada as follows-
A. Suppliers outside the Canada are always sceptical about the change in interest rates in the global economy
B. They are also factoring in changes in the inflation rate into the various economy and they will be ascertaining it into the decision making
C. they will also be factoring in any kind of changes in the exchange rate movements are they will be factoring it into the negotiations process
D. they will also consider the external environment and the political global environment in order to make decisions
E. The level of the corporate governance are also important before entering into an agreement through negotiations for these foreign negotiators
F. They would also look for a high degree of control and a Win-Win situation for both which will maximize the interest of both the parties in the long run.
