You will have to decide what the laboratory representative's decisions would be, what the pharmacy representative's decisions would be, and the same for the rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum's representative's decisions would be. As a team, you must decide what type and how many refrigerators to purchase. Keep in mind that most employees take their lunch and there is an average of 16 employees per department during every 8 hour shift.

After doing some research from the perspective of each of the 5 team representatives on refrigerators, create an evaluation grid and write a one paragraph conclusion/summary of at least 15 sentences of your decision.

Brand new break room:-
? Brand breakroom includes refridgerator...it must be there for multipurpose uses for employees..Each shift contain 16 employees means atleast 6 refrigerators will be needed..The quality of this fridge include stainless steel finishes will be attractive and durable but it will show the hand print and dirt easily..so we can go with plastic and faux stain less..We need double door fridge atleast 5 selves for storage of lunch and other drinks..and double door fridge for multipurpose use even for freezing..
Evaluation Grid:-
? --Employees from laboratory, pharmacy,rehabilitation,labor&delivery and post partum will have different shift timings and breaks..
   -- So as per their needs for drinks and foods atleast 6 refridferators and high quality brands must be purchased.
