GOOD NEWS!! The hospital where you work is getting a brand new break room! It will be a centralized break room for all departments on the same floor – laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum. Since this will be a common break room, all departments must share the decisions and costs involved.

Your team has a representative from each department. Your report will include information from the representative from each department - laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum. You will have to decide what the laboratory representative's decisions would be, what the pharmacy representative's decisions would be, and the same for the rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum's representative's decisions would be. You will change "hats" 5 times for this case

As a team, you must decide what type and how many refrigerators to purchase. Keep in mind that most employees take their lunch and there is an average of 16 employees per department during every 8 hour shift.

After doing some research from the perspective of each of the 5 team representatives on refrigerators, create an evaluation grid and write a one paragraph conclusion/summary of at least 15 sentences of your decision.

Brand new break room:-
? Brand breakroom includes refridgerator...it must be there for multipurpose uses for employees..Each shift contain 16 employees means atleast 6 refrigerators will be needed..The quality of this fridge include stainless steel finishes will be attractive and durable but it will show the hand print and dirt easily..so we can go with plastic and faux stain less..We need double door fridge atleast 5 selves for storage of lunch and other drinks..and double door fridge for multipurpose use even for freezing..
Evaluation Grid:-
? --Employees from laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor&delivery and post partum will have different shift timings and breaks..
-- So as per their needs for drinks and foods atleast 6 refridferators and high quality brands must be purchased.
?    -- Storage of foods in wrappers and boxes properly explained to all the staffs
?    -- Food must be labelled with name..
?    -- Advice the employees to use the refrigerators properly to prevent growth of bacteria on food.
? --Refridgerator door should be closed as often as possible
?    --Inform them non-perishable food, such as bevarages can be kept on the door selves
? --For maintaining all this refridgerators seperate person should be assigned..
?    --If there is any issues regarding this facility and maitenance can report to the team representative in each department..
