Southwest Airlines is commonly and popularly known for the integrity and loving environment of the airlines. Their culture probably includes the standard to be fulfilled towards the passengers so that they feel comfortable and been taken care of properly.
The artifacts of the culture of the Southwest airlines probably includes the old classic style rocking chairs for the working staff of the airlines in the back office, they also have top-class services to be provided to the passengers to make them feel taken care of properly, they encourage the comfort level of the passengers.
Norms can be defined as, the set of standards that are to be followed by the company to fulfill its standards towards his customers.
Similarly, there are few norms of culture of Southwest airlines such as being humble and being truthful towards moral principles that are necessary for an individual to follow in life.
The espoused and enacted values which are followed by the culture of Southwest Airlines on daily basis are fulfilling their duty with complete honesty and truthfulness towards the passengers, every team member of the Southwest airlines is very supportive and passionate about their work, the working staff of Southwest Airlines does their best to serve the best facilities to the passengers.
It is assumed that there is no proper baggage facility provided by Southwest airlines but has no proper proof of that, it is just an assumption related to the culture of Southwest airlines.
