Health and fitness are interlinked ecah other that go hand in hand. health is completely of our physical , mental, emotional wellbeing.Fitness is an overall control of body, also implies that one should be physically, mentally and emotionally fit.Both fitness and health should be controlled by the body.

Exercise and proper diet can control the symptoms of unhealthy living beings.obesity , chronic health conditions are some of the symptoms that can be cured and corrected at a limit by proper health and fitness.
5.Treatment modalities: Modalities are the active treatment measures provided to each patient. It it includes therapy.there are different physical modalities that include ultrasound, electric stimulation,phonophoresis, transcutaneous nerve stimulation.
6.Management: providing local sources to community is one of the best management in medical , pharmacological as well as in nursing field.Information on vaccines, smoking cessation, addiction counseling, nutrition information , adolescent mental health resources are some of the management wellfare.
Effective communication and transferring information ,will assist the nurse and medical workers in understanding the patient's preferences regarding their environmental problems .thus enabling them to feel safe and more trustful.
