1. Accidents normally keep happening in industries and to avoid this, managements set up various policies and procedures as a preventive as well as corrective measure. As a preventive measure, management is responsible for a proper infrastructure in the factory such as First Aid, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Systems, Backup and Recovery Procedures. As a Cure or Corrective measure, management must maintain Insurance of all its employees and responsible managers to handle such situations.

2. The very first thing in case of a mishap is the proper treatment of the injured by pre decided hospital and doctor. The choice of Hospital adn doctor depends on the Insurance policy. 4. Lastly, Rehabilitation is the process of restoring the emploee back into the company with the same post and salary. The rehabilitation activities involve regular exercises and physiotherapies of the employee to ensure his hip is completely fine and back to normal. Even after joining the company again, care must be taken to give him proper rest from work and not to over burden him with responsibilities.

In the above case, the employee suffers with a hip injury which can be severe at times. The injury could be muscle pain, Dislocation or Bone breakage. In such a case, the treatment and rehabilitation should be done carefully under the guidance of a specialist doctor. Proper rest after the recovery is important for the employee to get back to normal routine.
