Cultural differences in societies and groups always find their way in to every aspect of civilization, including where we work. You are a very diverse group here and I want you to discuss the following:
Does your organization do an adequate job of embracing diversity within its workforce? Have you ever felt like an outsider or have you ever noticed others being treated as outsiders? Do you feel you do a good job of ingratiating yourself to other cultures, or is this a work in progress?
Therefore, a company dedicated to a diverse workforce is one that seeks to leverage a pool of individuals with unique qualities, seeing this mix of differences as growth potential rather than tension opportunities. The goal attached to this pledge is to cultivate and grow that individual's potential.
Employees of different backgrounds and experiences can pull together a variety of perspectives, evoking alternatives and solutions while addressing a subject or problem. If well controlled, each individual's strengths and best ideas can be harnessed to increase productivity and deliver better outcomes.
The amalgamation of diverse people also sets the stage for creativity as different ideas can be checked against each other and new ideas can be created. Employees are faced with more personal growth in an atmosphere where they are exposed to cultural differences, opinions and ideas.

Employers in a diverse environment will need to improve their ability to adapt to different situations. They have to work through personality, language, and contextual variations. When we learn to work with different styles and cultures, latent ethno-centric ideas will eventually be brought to the forefront and addressed.
A business that encourages diversity in the workplace and an inclusive work environment contributes to its appeal as an employer from the consumer viewpoint. A workplace conducive to exploring new concepts and trends is particularly attractive to Generation Y's ambitious open-minded workers. If a company makes it clear that they concentrate on what people may bring more than the socio-economic background, race and the like of the candidate to the table, they are more likely to attract a variety of candidates.

Begin by identifying the organizational culture's key tenets. Include these requirements in the brand marketing, work material and interview processes of your employer.
