Being a CEO of the hospital, its his/her responsibility that a best IT resources are provided for any project. Usually organizations hire many agencies that promises to lend such resources not only infrastructure but also human resources. The performance of IT resources delivered is directly proportional to the completion of a task.

Three things are very important for an agency to ensure that this system provided value to your organization and clinicians:

• ?Proper resource scheduling: Resources that can be people equipment, funding, or facilities should be scheduled in accordance with the organizational policies and should result in achievement of the organizational goals or completion of the project.
• Availability and accountability: IT resources delivered should be available with ease and should be approachable. They are also accountable to the organization that the resources provided by them should participate effectively within the project and should maintain a collaborative environment valuing the institutional available resources.
• Optimization : The resources redirected by the agency should be at an optimal level. It should make the best use of the situation or the resource available.
