Whereas, earlier the human interaction was more one on one meeting face to face but that doesn't happen as often now as compared to the phase wherein data packages were more costly or when the camera resolution of the phones weren't as good as they are now. The growth of these hyper social organisations is on the exponential rise which is a pretty good sign.

2) Globalisation in layman terms basically refers to the growth that humanity has been over the years with respect to the technological, financial and other aspects. The internet usage has been on the rise since the past decade and is ever increasing. This has opened many opportunities for business ventures online called as e-businesses. This has made life a lot more easier.

3) The obstacles that organizations face in implementing and using global information systems mainly occurs due to the differences in the traditions and cultures across boundaries. Also, the laws that are implemented from region to region differ and so this may create conflicts.
