The quantum leader has to overcome the organizational structure of the workstation. While designing the organization structure only vertical orientation will not work out. The work setting should have strongly integrated horizontal line of relationship. So the activities and the communication will be facilitated all over the organization. The continuous linkage, integration, support activity are needed throughout the organization. A well-coordinated and effective communication is essential in between the professionals. The leader should focus on the organizational relationship.

The organization system should be flexible. The work and activities should be easily adaptable to workers. The changing environment should be innovative in some ways. The leader should analyze the environmental conditions favorable to workers. For Example, the introduction of new technology that makes the work easier and helps for organizational growth. The leader should have a broader vision of all functions of the organization. The leader should have a clear view of the structure and human dynamics.

The Organization should respond to the movement of change by effective coordination, maintenance, and integration of the system. The management should have regulatory and strategic roles. Stability should not be tight pores. The necessary changes should be made in order to make changes in the planning of the future. The leader should understand the fundamental need of stability in the organization. The stability should balance between system functions and the environment. Everyone in the organization should be responsible for the movement of change. Changes in stability and integrity according to the growing demands of the organization. Thus the organization structure and functions create a peaceful safety environment for the universe.

In the Bohr model of the atom, which was supplanted by quantum mechanics, the electron attains stability when the coulombic attraction is balanced by the centrifugal effect of orbiting the nucleus. Bohr further proposed that the angular momentum was limited to integral values of ħ. Discuss what is wrong with the Bohr model, by comparing it to the quantum mechanical model, based on y = Rnl(r)Ylm1,(θ,φ). What features do Bohr's model miss?
