Four commonly accepted principles of health care ethics :-
The four principles related to here are non-linear, meaning no one principle routinely “trumps” another. One might complain that we are required to take all of the above principles into account when they are applicable to the clinical case under consideration.
The principle of non-maleficence among the four principles governs my decision-making process the most. Because of our practice requires as that we do not internationally creat any risks of harm or injury to the patient, either through acts on their council or ommission.
However, in certain conditions, this principle may need to be slightly adjusted as competing principles may assume higher compromised as competing principles may assume higher importance for specimen, in the light of insufficient resources such as solid organs, bone marrow, expensive diagnosis, procedure medication, medical benefits should be dispensed fairly so that people with a similar need and in similar circumstances will be treated with fairness.
