  2. Volkswagen has adopted one of the best diversification strategy , because they mostly exist in every country in the world , which means the income is generated from around the world and where they have diversified this income , in new innovative products like electric cars , commercial vehicles ,etc.
  3. Volkswagen , for quite some time has been the learder in terms of innovation , They have introduced a new strategy called stratergy 2025 where they aim to develop around 30 new vehicles which are electric and as well to transform many aspects within their core business model.
