• When business is going to start up founder of business have set the ethics for the business but when it come implement this ethics problem arises when it comes to implement it into format of the business. At time founders can have difference in opinion that makes hard to implement the ethical policy in firm.
• At the time of selection and interviewing HRD can check and verify the documents and testimonials of candidate and review the candidate but we cannot sure the after employment of the that candidate, there would be ethical behavior from him.
• CEO of the company can create structure and other policy as well for success of business but when it comes to implement the ethical policy, we cannot held him responsible if he did not conveyed the ethics policy into business and will spread it accordingly. He could bring success but we cannot be sure if he can bring ethics in firm.
