- Auscultation of Chest for Lungs - Clear or Crepts or any
rhonchi etc.
- Note Respiratory Rhythm
- Note the quality of breathing
2.Assesment of Abdomen -
- Note for any Abdominal Distension
- Note for the Bowel Sounds
3. Nutritional Status
- Note body Weight
- Note the BMI
4. Assesment of Signs of Infection-
- Monitor Temperature
- Look for Cough and Sputum, note the Colour
- Do Culture and Senstivity for Sputum
5. Blood Glucose level
- To look for development of diabetes and Damge to Beta cell of
pancreas .
6. Infertility Assement
- Sperm Number in semen
- Amount of Semen
- Progressive Motility of sperm
- Morphology of sperm
After Assesing this all the Nurse Should-
- Educate parents on how to spot signs of infection and when to
seek medical help.
- Encourage nutrition with high fiber foods and adequate fluid
intake to prevent constipation.
- Teach the importance of supplements to ensure adequate
absorption of nutrients.
- Provide information for support groups and resources as
available.
