Grief in every person is unique. Kuber Ross had studied the models of grief as well as loss as they would be working with the people who are terminally ill. She had developed a five stage model, which stated that people would be going through stages that include denial, anger, bargaining, depression as well as acceptance. According to worded, the tasks do not come in stages and would not necessarily be addressed in an order thatis sequential. Rando had explained the mourning model with the Six Rs. Margaret strobes and strut had developed the dual grieving process.

According to Bonanno, psychological resilience is the basis of trauma reactions as well as human grief. It has been experienced that people who would be affected chronically would be finding it diffult to think that no treatment would be required for the people who would be experiencing loss or stressful events.

Resilient response, according to me, could best be attained from accepting the fact that something of this sort has happened and that it couldn’t be changed. It would be better to indulge into various activities that would keep a person away from ideal time. The lesser interaction they have with free time, the lesser would be their time to indeulge into memories, and hence, they would get used to the reality and accept,
