Obesity has been cited as one of the major factor resulting in numerous diseases such as coronaryarterydisease, cancer, and diabetes

WHY OBESITY IS MORE FOCUSED THESE DAYS

Nowadays, most of us enjoy too little activity and many like to have high caloric foods.Regularly eating high caloric foods such as baked goods, fast foods and snacks can increase fat deposition.In case of children, they like to have more candy, desserts and sugary drinks because they are easily available cand can lead to obesity and other associated ddiseases.The factors such as low physical activity,genetic influence and unhealthing eating   are common causes of excessive weight.

We were used to of going out frequently and had our own so called me time ,but COVID 19 HAS CHALLENGED US and nowadays many like to enjoy sedentary activities such as watching television ang engaging in video games .personal parental and family stess are increasing during this pandemic .Many are forced to buy convenience food that donotspoil quickly such as frozen meals,crackers and cookies. These all factors can lead to obesity.

REPLACE all unhealthy behaviors withhealthy one

hold yourself accountable for making your chanes in diet and exercise

make a plan REGARDING HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE

select healthy foods

indulge in regular exercise

focus on future
