The US health care system unique among advanced industrialized countries..Americans are living longer and healthier than before. It is all because of public health care improvement still much can be done from public health care system to improve and protect the people.In May 19, 2011- by controlling infections disease and heart disease the public health done a lot in the 21st century. Birth among U.S residents increased by 62% during 20th century..In 21st century public health made advances in first 10 years..
?    There is no universal health care coverage for everyone,but recently it was activated and mandatory for everyone..The federal government have 28% of spending account while state and local government have 17% account.Patient perspective made acheivement in health care industry to pass the patient protection and affordable care Act 2010.This is the proper regulation from US health care system in decades.
