Do you believe that there is too much or too little redundancy in our health care delivery system? Where does most of the redundancy occur? Where should we have more redundancy (second opinions)?
The US health care system unique among advanced industrialized
countries..Americans are living longer and healthier than before.
It is all because of public health care improvement still much can
be done from public health care system to improve and protect the
people. In May 19, 2011- by controlling infections disease and heart
disease the public health done a lot in the 21st century. Birth
among U.S residents increased by 62% during 20th century..In 21st
century public health made advances in first 10 years..
? There is no universal health care coverage for
everyone, but recently it was activated and mandatory for
everyone..The federal government have 28% of spending account while
state and local government have 17% account.Patient perspective
made acheivement in health care industry to pass the patient
protection and affordable care Act 2010.This is the proper
regulation from US health care system in decades.
? To reduce the number of uninsured Americans and reduce the
overall cost of health care is the main goal for this..It acts
needs all insured Americans premiums to all appicants of the same
age and their location in pre-existing conditions. It will help them
for to reject due to health condition or disability covered by
insurance. For Americans 65years or old health care system have
strenghthen medicare and providing access to preventive services by
drugs discounts.for low income people they gave the chance by
receiving health unsurance through federal subsidies and medicaid
eligibility and tax credits for small business in different
option..
? The US spendi about 7,000dollar per capita in 2008 on health
care.US spending annual on physicians is about five times higher
than peer countries. 1,600 dollar versus 310 dollar in a sample of
peer countries like japan and U.K. A difference of 1,290 billion
dollar per capita or 390 billion dollar nationally,37% of the
health care spending gap.
? US health care costs currently increased 17% of GDP and continue
to increase comparing to other countries.Reason for this aging of
population and development of new treatment. some third party
payers like insurance companies and government reimburse for
procedure and patient could bear only little resonsible for cost of
health care services they demand.
? The US health care system has undergone many changes in its
history.in order to reforming health care delivery system for
improving quality and reduce the poor quality the number of
americans suffering without insurance coverage. REforms should
improve access to the right time in the right setting.
? Chronic disease managemaent, primary care
coordination and health information technology(HIT) can improve
quality and health outcomes..These improvement will likely induce
more Americans to purchase insurance coverage with more affordable
and valuable.By 2019 this coverage will increasing in million
americans will have value in this acheivement..
