Coaching is the training of a one-on-one, face-to-face teaching, learning, counseling relationship designed to develop job-related knowledge and skills and improve performance.Administrators, managers and directors of all kinds of organizations are forced to play many roles and handle many tasks. So the importance of an Administration Coach is not less than any other coaching. An administration coach should be aware about the duties and the qualities, which an administrator should perform and processes inside and outside the organization.

administrator coach, apart from other types of coach, should pay his/her attention, in training the candidate to know more about the qualities they have to perform, rather than following the rules and regulations of the job.an effective administrator coach should take care is the developing of the leadership quality and ability in the candidate.the administration coach’s role to give sufficient training to the growing administration personality to meet these requirements.an administrator should be trained in such a way that he should be able to analyze his employees efficiencies and responsibility quality.

The difference between teaching and coaching is Both teaching and coaching are of course helping someone learn a particular skill or sharing a certain piece of knowledge, and both of them are gifts that are given to a student. Teaching however, is primarily a one way interaction.

They support new ideas People can easily become demotivated if a leader is constantly shutting down any new suggestions or improvements. Great leaders know they need to involve the team in advancing the process, which gives team members ownership and pride.

They create healthy competition The leader doesn't have to do all the work to get the team to advance. Great leaders encourage friendly competition so team members push each other to rise to new levels.

They are specific with feedback It's hard for someone to improve if standards are vague. Ambiguity can frustrate an employee and make them wonder why they bother. Great leaders provide clear understanding so employees can easily improve and succeed.

They challenge their employees People can get a little too comfortable if left to their own accord. Great leaders look for potential and nudge their team members to push their own limits. They then encourage celebration for the breakthroughs.
