Solutions

Expert Solution

School management should have more section of each classes and should take limited number of admission so that every student get opportunity to show own talent on stage due to which his/ her public/ stage fear dissappear which directly impact on their personality & acheivements .If child has an accident in class then teacher should try to resolve at own level if situation is more critical then talk school management before situation out of control. In every school, counselor and psychologist also available because sometime child did not feel comfortable with teacher due privacy issues. If counselor present then they make intervention plan for evey student which is good for management , student's achievement and health.Recommendation would be different for soiling and wetting problem because its totally related with hygiene issue. Counselor should organized the workshop on soiling and wetting problem because parents sometime do not give importance of this issues therefore counselor told the advantage and disadvantage of this problem through the workshop and awareness programe for parents and child.
