When extending the job offer to a candidate HR manager should do below steps.

  • HR Discussion with the candidate: HR should discuss the updated roles and responsibilities of particular position in an organization with set of hiring panel. HR also should discuss the reasonable salary for the suitable position.
  • Candidate research: candidate research help the HR manager to know about candidates specific skills and knowledge and other education qualification. It also helps HR manager to know about candidate strengths and weakness.
  • Employement verification: In this step, HR manager should verify the previous experience of employee. If the candidate have worked in same company and HR is planning to extend the job offer to candidate then manager should look for the years of experience, current package of employee and other benefits. This will help the HR manager to provide new benefits to employees.

Apart from above, HR manager should do below things while extending job offer to candidate.

  • Reasonable wages to employee for the particular role.
  • Sufficient health benefits to the candidate and thier family.
