Legal guidelines for any new nanny agency business relating to arbitration and lawsuits if the nannies would be independent contractors are below:
1. Nobody should remove the nannies from their services without stating proper resason for it. If the reason is found to be unjustified, then that person should pay for the liquidated damages caused to the nannies and also compensation for their loss of pay.
2. Mistreatment of nannies by the customers will not be acceptable and the nannies can approach the court if any such incident happens and immediate respite would be given to them. Mistreatment can be in the form of sexual nature, physical assalut, mental torture etc.
