Another way is to make use of the tool “Johari Window” on building trust with the help of open and clear communication. It helps in reflecting and improve upon the awareness of each other at workplace.
Answer2: Demonstrating trust among employee impact organizations in positive ways as each employee who think that they are trusted , mostly each employee will engage in behaviors which support the overall organizational goals. The untrustworthy members impact an entire organization by creating wrong perception among employees about the leadership, culture, and create unprecedented conflicts among peers. This in turn reduces the overall productivity of the employees and lower the organizational performance. The organizations can ensure trust by demonstrating trust, remain transparent, open door policy, offer constructive feedback, and most importantly leaders should lead by example.
