CLIENTS WHO NEEDS AN INTERPRETER-

The main function interpreters to facilitate communication between client and manager or in health care setting it could be patient and their physician.

1. The client who does not understand the English or common spoken language or English is second language. Then  it may create an errors in understanding and pose  a risk in communication.An interpreter is required to communicate correctly and interpret the words used correctly. .For example - If a physician and patient understand different languages then , it would be difficult for physician to make them understand how to treat the illness , medicine to be given etc . The interpreter may help in answering the question of patients with the doctor.

2. When conversation is done over telephone or online video Technology, due to the limited resources like in rural areas there arises a need to communicate with the people in indegenous language.

3 if the client understand only the sign language due to hearing deficiency or impairment then interpreter is required to communicate with client.

4. Sometimes client who are engaged in the technical business require an interpreter to understand the technical language like bar coding, code used in making software, electronic documentation or electronic records. These interpretation is in high demand where fast changes in Technology is taking place like in health care sector some clients need an interpreter to understand the diagnosis given by doctor in technical terms or in computer software code Language.

5. When the person is engaged in banking or finance business , then due to globalization they have to communicate with the client who doesn't understand the terms and policies of the firm .such client require an interpreter to make them understand the terms ,plans and policies of the firm.
