2)this statement is false, because the infectious and chronic disease increasing day by day. The increase of chronic disease is 57% in future and the burden of chronic disease is increasing rapidly .The cause of increasing chronic disease is changing life style, urbanization and societal influence.

3)the correct answer is option c, because the burden of chronic disease include decrease life span, decreased quality of life ,increase cost of care and burdens to care givers also increased.the cost of health care in chronic disease is increased not decreased. Management of chronic disease need long term health care and that demand more expense.
