AaBbCc individuals would have gametes as ABC, ABc, AbC, aBC, Abc, aBC, abC, abc. When a punnet square is worked out, the ratio comes out to be 27:9:9:9:3:3:1.

To calculate frequency of AABBCC, we need to divide number of genotypes with AABBCC/ Total number of individuals.

As shown in attached figure, there is only 1 individual with this genotype out of 64. So, frequency will be 1/64.
