Prepare an Issues Specific Security Policy (ISSP) on
email, instant messaging and other electronic communication Tools
and outline two elements of the policy you must consider and
specifically address --
- The technology which is provided by company include -
computer system, communication networks, records of company work,
and information stored electronically.
- The company's electronic communication and technology system
should be job related not for personal use.
- The external and internal email, text message and voice
message and other communication network are considered as business
records.
- Permission to submit content by users of the website
include chat features, instant messaging message board
allow submission of content.
- The ISSP can be granted worldwide, royality free,
nonexclusive and transferable right but not oblization to
distribute, use, display modify, perform, preserve reproduce and
derivatives of user submission.
- ISSP on Email and elements of the policy include

- The user of the company should be strictly prohibited from
giving password for any type of account through email.
- user should be prohibited from unsolicited messages like
spam.
- User should be prohibited from attemting to forge email
messages.
- The user should strictly required to delete spam, junk emails
and chain without forwarding.
