Unified Republican party has been challenged by the democrats regarding the implementation of federal government regarding the reversal of the policies of the Obama government by the Trump administeration in areas like immigration, education, healthcare sector, marijuana, environment and LGBT rights. There have been several changes in policies from 2016 to 2017.Trump is considering imposing these policies in various regions of USA. There are now policies which have legalized marijuana in many states of USA along with providing licences for keeping guns as a means of self-defense. There should not be partisan conflicts. There should be constitutional federal network of channeling partisan conflicts. There is Antonin Scalia federalism policy which needs to be discussed. Trump has emphasized on the development of Affordable care act. The other policies included forming a physical impenetratable wall with Mexico, lifting restrictions on drilling of oil, designing the manufacture of more pipelines and arrangement of funding from various regions and states in USA.It also included ban on travelling from seven muslim states into USA. He also studied the plans of reactivating the power plan of Obama administeration of developing technology providing clean exit of gases with less suspended particulate matter in air released as a pollutant from power factories. There was Title IX, of the Education Amendments of 1972, allowing schools to abide by the rules of gender identity and use of restrooms with precaution and avoiding transgender problems. There were problems of involvement of Russians in the electoral Presidential elections of Donald Trump for the presidential post. There should be healthcare funding for gevernment employee works and Medicaid insurance policies without any form of resistance from these employees to generate and increase funds for insurance policies. There are a number of lawsuits filed by companies against the State federal government for imposition of taxes, regulation on banning marijuana and possession of guns by common people in society. It includes Tyler pipe industries Vs the Washington State government policies. There are other cases like Printz Vs USA in 1997 acts for the use of guns by people in society.There are laws for permitting the use of marijuana and withdrawing law against the banning of marijuana. There was a court case involving the education system including University of Texas, Austin Vs Fisher. It was a case of racial discrimination involving admission for an undergraduate course.
