Human struggle to survive clearly refers to the battle to exist or to find existence in this world.This is not only among the human societey but also in the organisms of the nature.Human struggle for survival can be clearly described as the struggle for existence which is actually seen in 18th century.According to Darwin, he stated that there will be continous struggle in the world for existence.He stated this based on the essay "principle of population" written by Malwin.Malwin stated that earth could no more tolerate larger number of species and struggle for existence is common as days passes off.The flow of ideas, thoughts continuously develops human species where the remaining part of the population always need to fight in the battle to exist and so struggle for existence continues among human beings.In the view of medical theory a Human continuously struggle for life in or another way , may be physically, psychologically and socially.

Autonomous decision making : Autonmomy is defined as the ability of a person to make his or her own decisions.This can also be according to the situations.If a patient could not able to make decisions this can be made through informed consent by spouse, parents, children or guardians.But a person has a complete right to make his or her own decisions.Autonomy is a self human right to make decisions of their own to be happy.But in health care department certain restrictions lies for the autonomy of the patient.If the patient is not willing certain procedures or treatment that actually benefits the patient then the decision making priorities changes.This autonomy in decision making depends on the situations in health care department.
