answer-

I decided to excercise 4 times a week because Motivation and how customer's buying behavior is changing related to health, fitness and eating habbits makes me to change my behavior. Me as a customer always focused on buying things which are unhealthy, oily and we can say called junk food. I have never focused on how such type of purchasing can affect my health and fitness. The motivation to be healthy and fit so that i can be energetic and focused on my work influence my buying behavior.

In the past 3 months, I have seen some significant results in my body, mind and my purchasing habits. I never a person who would woke up early but motivation to be healthy and fit makes me to wake up early in the morning and complete all my workout. Then i see in my behavior that i want all things to be managed so that i started to develop time management by to do list. I started to shop my own food and cook that myself. Food not junk food but healthy food like vegetables and protien rich products..

Better results can be achieved if i keep continuing my routine and never stop it again. I want to make such good changes like eating healthy food, ignore junk food, Workout, Do my homework, Plan all tasks, shopping on my own etc like permanent in my behavior. For this i have to be patient and focused on keep doing such things always. Make them my work life habits.
