Often the cross-cultural barriers play a role in the process of motivation where certain motivators could only be largely applied on one type of group and could not be universal for all types of group under one Organization. Certain values governing the Organization applies to all the members across all the groups and hence certain motivation strategies that can help achieve the same may perhaps be applied for the entire organization without recognizing the individual differences while certain objectives that need to be achieved by a particular group of members, may require a separate motivational strategy in place. These strategies could successfully help the management to deal with the cross-cultural issues that encompasses specific goals, participative set, for an explicit time period, with feedback on goal progress. The key elements of these strategies should thus be:

Also, in the era of globalization, the cultural diversity in a Program plan represents such Human Resource managers in their teams who play a significant role. So, to ensure the alliance of various cultural diversified groups pertaining to a particular program plan within an Organization, the Human Resource Team is required to adjust its leadership style with respect to the changing environment of different marketplace. For example, in countries likes U.S.A., there is a varied cultural aspect since different types of employees hailing from different cultural background come together to work in an Organization.

In order to mitigate the various types of other risks pertaining to the cross-cultural diversity, there is a technique in this discipline where Quality Assurance and Control has contributed in mitigating the risks mentioned earlier. Therefore, by choosing the Right Team Players in the Human Resource in accordance to the predetermined criteria after imparting sufficient training and guidance, by defining the purpose of the team, by developing strong Team dynamics, by expecting feedback and granting rewards for good performances, various Team building relationships could be promoted by the Quality Assurance and Control Teams.

The next technique could be Human Resource’s study of individuals to examine their reaction within a group. The comprehension of the work culture and the dominance of the Organizational values that may either boost or impede the growth and productivity of an Organization and in the areas of employee retention or training and development, skills sets requirements while conducting an effective recruitment process, these strategies could in a way facilitate the predictability of the events by influencing the Organizational events.

Thus in the above major ways, the techniques and emerging trends in the discipline of cross-cultural diversity the cross-cultural projects could be dealt well.
