Expert Solution

Healthy and positive working environment leads to high retention rate in an organisation.

Five points to be discussed are as follows -

  1. There should be proper control on the time allocation and goals of the organisation. Time allocated to each and every work should be proper. Work of all the employees should always be linked with the goals of the organisation with optimum utilisation of the time allocated to it.
  2. Effective meetings should be done on surprise basis in order to know more clearly about the status of the work, information of every aspects and critical problems. Surprise meeting will lead every employee to do their respective work on and to be updated with all the current work, its pros and cons etc.
  3. A strong time commitment should be given to self in order to do own work on time. Nothing is powerful than time so everyone in the organization should know to utilise their respective times in more productive way.
  4. Some sorts of yoga or any activities should be organised for 5 min only every day so that stress get realised from the human body.
  5. Management of self procrastination should be done effectively so that everyone do their respective work with more clear and focused mindset.

There is no limit for managing stress and change, but organisation should do those things that will have positive and beneficial result in the organization.
