When I was sitting on stairs then various thoughts were rushing into my mind. I saw my mother rushing in speed for for some work in kitchen. She was in hurry of something. My sister was going to school and my aunt was talking on phone.

I realized that people remain busy in their lives in order to maintain a synchronization in their lives. We live for our family members so that they can not suffer at any moment of their lives. We try to ease their lives according to our caliber.

Sometimes parents become too busy that they can not even spend time for their own sake. Various compromises are also done by them at various stages of life. Life is nothing but adjustment according to the situations.

If we do get adjusted according to the situational demand then we start becoming victim of stress and depression. We require special techniques to fight against the odds of life. Family members play an important role in directing and deciding the pace of life.

Sharing negative thoughts with family members reduces their intensity with greater margins. We should respect relations for living a meaningful life.
