Change the clinic structure. Eg.,develop opt-out and opt-in policies

Step 4-Implementation

Use cognitive behavioral theory in order to give sex education to the students

Early detection of symptomatic and asymptomatic students affected with STD

Identify vulnerable group and provide preventive care

Isolate the affected cases and provide curative care.

Provide rehabilitation to the students those who developed complications due to STD.
